Old working grandfather clock (Center city/West Philadelphia)

I know this is a long shot as I see these clocks posted on here from time to time. If anyone has a grandfather clock in the West Philly or Center city areas, I could pick this up. I really would like one to use. Most grandfather clocks posted on here are too far outside the city. Unless you want to deliver the clock to me. Thanks in advance!
