Microwave with combi oven, grill and temperamental buttons (Abermule SY15)

A 3 year old Samsung combination microwave. Working but sometimes need to find ways around turning it on and off because the buttons are temperamental ... not sure if contacts need a clean or whether it needs a new control panel. I'm not prepared to take it apart to fix after my cousin's husband died trying to fix a microwave, but I'm sure someone that knows what they're doing could get this working as new.
