Lamp (Southport PR9)

As per pics. Please see base - the cement base that keeps this steady got a knock a while back so has broken - as you can see. This un-balances it so will need either a fix, a replacement or perhaps could be removed completely? Otherwise works perfectly just needs a bit of a clean (been in shed).
