Sewing machine table (Belfast BT6)

Hello, would anyone have (that's no longer needed) a sewing machine table, one that the machine folds into? Either a treadle table or just the cabinet for an electric machine? I'm not bothered about the cosmetic condition of the table I can paint it . Thanks in advance.
