Made by Parnell, free standing & simply hooks to any bed frame side rail and adjustable by turning adjuster knob. No nuts/bolts to bother you it slides together (30 seconds).
Can be used for assisting in/out of bed etc or as a bed rail to prevent falling out of bed.
