A cage blanket is built like a diaper - heavy absorbent material at the bottom, wicking fill, and a wicking fleece top layer. There is velcro on part of this. It's an odd size. Sort of a twin/full, but shorter. Good for a heavy blanket, or of course if you have guinea pigs. works great if you want to set them loose on vinyl flooring with the blanket for cleanliness. Could also work well for a dog.
