Brabantia Lift-O-Matic 50 metre rotary clothes line. Although over 20 years old, this is virtually the same as the new ones currently on sale in Argos for £100.
However, an attempt has been made to replace the strings, and this has not worked well - the arms are no longer at right angles, and not all the strings are taut. If you are able to sort out the strings you will have a decent quality airer.
There is no ground spike but, if you need one, these are readily available.
