House plants (Tavistock Avenue ST17)

I've four spare house plants if anyone would like them. One Kalanchoe, which isn't flowering at the moment but will hopefully have pinky red flowers and three variegated succulents, which we think might be a type of Portulacaria (elephant bush) but not certain.
