Ethan Allen couch (Capitol Hill 20003)

Ethan Allen Couch in good condition. A few stains on cushions, but the frame itself is in very good condition. It could be reupholstered or a full deep clean would likely suffice. 76 in long x 37 in depth (28 in width at the base). We need it out by next weekend, and it will definitely require a truck or large SUV. Note: it has been in a house with cats for 12 years, so a deep clean would definitely be recommended
