Herb cutting (Powder Springs)

Greetings!! I am in want of some herb cuttings, if anyone in the west cobb, douglasville, Austell area could share. I have searched unsuccessfully for tarragon, so I would love that!! Also, thyme and possibly lavender! Thanks so much for your kind generosity!!
