6 person free standing tent (although I think 4 is more reasonable) that is older and the waterproofing on the floor is starting to delaminate. You could seal the floor and it would be good (fly sheet recently seam sealed) or you could use if for a kids play area. Tent, fly, flexible poles, lines, and stakes included.
