Water Butt Lid (Grove OX12)

I am looking for a replacement lid for a water butt. This needs to fit a circular hole of 36.5cm (14 3/8") diameter. There is a then a lip of about 1.5cm (5/8!) around that for the lid to sit on. Thanks.
