Scooters (Glenrothes KY7)

These are rechargeable electric scooters. They are around 15 years old and haven't been charged for a long time.
One of the seats is wrapped in a plastic bag that has stuck to it but warm soapy water will remove it and clean it up fine.
They were only used a few times because they go very fast and kids were too scared. They had an age rating of 14+ and can even seat an adult. The seats can also be removed to make them standing scooters.
See pics of the wheels. I'm hoping they will pump back up fine and if anyone wants them then let me know.
I could only find one charger but it works for both.
Please note these are heavy.
