Came from church. I assume it was in the nursery. Wall mounted, so it leans downward some. Includes transformer, which I assume connects to 110 volts to amplify sound. Doubt I can help you with wiring. I haven't tested it, so can't promise it works. Radio Shack brand. Approx 10 inches square. Can leave in water proof bags on porch on Bruton Ave in Newport News a bit east of Harpersville.
