Good quality but old & worn office chair (Odd Down)

This was 'given' to me by the company I worked for at the end of Covid. It is a heavy functional good quality office chair. The arms are foam and worn (see photo's). I don't want it any more so I'm seeing if it is any use to anyone before getting rid of it.
