Trimmed fresh lavender with roots (Near PenPark, Charlottesville)

Trimmed an overgrow lavender bush & pulled up some roots. I had gotten this from Monticello & it has grown like crazy. Alot of stems for drying . Please tell me when you can pick up in your reply.
