Window Vacuum (Handsworth Wood B20)

I'm looking for a window vacuum to remove condensation from a large Velux window in my kitchen which through the winter damages the frame. I've just spent a day stripping the frame ready to re-finish it which I'm aiming to avoid having to do again. Thanks.
