Epson Scanner Spares or Repair Only (Alton Borovere Estate GU34)

Epson Perfection 3490 Photo Scanner.
This item is still in its original box with all supplied parts, including: Power supply, cables, Software CD, all negative and slide attachments (which are concealed under the white hold down pad), I have also downloaded a copy of the manual.
This is designed as a photo or negative scanner for transferring items onto computer. It can be used as a conventional scanner as well.
Pics show the damage. There is a big white melt/stain on the outside of the top. This does not effect the function of the scanner at all and is purely cosmetic.
The main problem is the damage to the main circuit board. A Diode has burnt out and F1 is blown. The Surface Mount Fuse is replaceable but the only info. I could read on the diode was something like “PJ5… ME” the rest was burnt off! I could not find a circuit diagram to establish what the diode was so, spares or repair!
