Bike locks and bike lights/ Helmet (Finch station by yong street)

Please if you have locks that I can use to secure my bicycle and also lights for night movement. Please kindly assist. I need it please. Mostly for my wife that goes to school with the bike. We are new and getting a job is a bit difficult.
