Not sure what voltage it heats at, probably 240v.
Ceramic tube from a very big laminator which would get (oven-like) hot according to the temp display.
One photo shows the non-ceramic end overhanging the beginning of the measure. Marry this part of the tube with the photo showing the length, subtract the non-ceramic end for consistency which makes the ceramic tube part about 38cm (shown). Add 2cm each end for the gold, red, and nut segments.
