Traffic lights (College Town GU47)
Hello, Lenses or whole unit (working/needs repair) please? This is for novelty use but needs to be full size in order to be seen 25m away. I could repair a broken one, use a shell of one, build one around some lenses - which are uneconomical to buy. I imagine (wildly) that there is a pile of defective ones in a depot that a kind reader has access to. However, the unit just has to look like a set of traffic lights. FYI I filled in a Brk Forest Borough council form about this enquiry and received no reply. Ideas welcome?

Thank you in advance. Maybe you are several miles from Sandhurst, which would not be economic, but please let me know if you have one to give for non-profit use as you may be on a route I sometimes take, or I may be able to meet you on one of your routes e.g. Meadows Tesco/M&S. thanks again.

Traffic light or coloured lenses with which to make one (College Town GU47)
Expired
Traffic light or coloured lenses with which to make one. Hello, Thanks for your interest. I need one unit for fun use, of decent size to see and easily identify from 25m away. I could build/repair the body or replace / simplify the electronic innards. However, I do not have the coloured lenses. I imagine (wildly) there is a pile of defective units in a depot that a kind reader has access to. I live in College Town, Sandhurst and hope to collect locally depending on the component available.

Micro size gutter (4m), typically for a shed. (College Town GU47)
Withdrawn
Hello, I'm looking for a narrow gutter, not for water, but for attaching to band library shelves to put sheet music parts in temporarily for sorting before filing (the music will lean against the box files already there). If you think the presumably-used guttering can be cleaned up enough for this purpose I would be grateful to collect it and clean it if not too far out of my driving routes. Happy freegling

Small flymo mower (spares e.g. electric motor, or repair) (College Town GU47)
Withdrawn
It would start normally each time then suddenly bind (slow down with a straining noise). Fine for several seconds. I disassembled the unit and the motor worked when disconnected. There's not much to the unit, nothing overtly broken. Was excellent for our small lawn, getting right into the nooks and crannies.

The lower step bends under my weight (90kg). This is not dangerous but is unflattering :o). I re-straightened the step and could have added a splint, but I have a step-stool and four other ladders so am happy for it to go.

Cat toy (College Town GU47)

Round, three tier 'cake' shaped toy with balls on perimeter spanning runners, kept in place by the tier discs. The cat paws and taps the balls causing them to whizz around the circumference. Top tier contains a static transparent ball to spin. Has 'fascinating' beads inside. Size about 8" diameter and 6" tall. Guaranteed to distract your feline friend from ripping up the carpet for a day or two... ... not a guarantee.

Leaky Washing Machine. Spares/Repair. WMD960P(UK) (College Town GU47)
Expired
Aesthetics: White, barely a mark. The bolted seam of the circumference in the middle of the tub drips/leaks. Wide shallow oven tray underneath across front included. The digital electronic function is sound. At 1600RPM (faster than most w/ms) the bearings become noisy. Sounds normal at the next setting down. Having replaced the bearings twice over the years I estimate hundreds of cycles before the bearings can no longer handle the lower spin speed. The spider (that the drum bolts to at the rear) is much bigger and stronger than any other design I've seen for the drum size. Not an issue. The belt, filter, pump, digital display, drum and motor are all sound if using for spares. Bearings have been replaced, and can be again. I have the specification. When I last replaced the bearings, the Screwfix OB1 sealant I used around the seam before bolting turned out to be unfit for the waterproof purpose it boasted in the description. It is leaking. Previous sealant from Screwfix, called "Nemesis Mighty Seals & Grabs", lasted the life of the previous bearings and was in great condition when split apart. Replacing the bearings would of course solve the noise, get the RPM to 1600 and eliminate the dripping in one short project.

Propane cylinder (~11Kg-15Kg) / hose (College Town GU47)
Expired
Please note, I'm not asking for gas <insert joke>. When starting out -getting the first bottle- a hefty payment is required for the cylinder/bottle itself. The gas content is then paid for separately. The return value of the cylinder dwindles significantly each year so ends up not worth travel fuel and inconvenience. So, I wondered if anyone had one they would be willing to give away. 11Kg - 15Kg is the sort of size I'm after. It's for a freegle barbecue that has no hose either. Again, I can buy an appropriate hose once the fitting is confirmed. If you are afar, we could wait until I'm travelling your way. There is no urgency. Thank you for reading.

These are usually iron and looking down you cannot see through them, though they are slatted so that hot air can come through but grease cannot drop through to the burners. N.B. These are not the wire racks food is placed on. Thank you.

Wheeled barbecue little used but rust coming through paint (College Town GU47)
Expired
Bear in mind replies with a specific collection time commitment will get priority.* Functions perfectly, but the paint is giving way to rust. Wire brush and coat with stove paint? Cooking area is about 18" square and the outside with shelves folded is about 2'2" square. Height is about 2'9". Variable height for the food for adjustment:- during a flare-up, when the food is cooking vs cooked, as the charcoal heat is increasing/decreasing. There are two external side shelves and a lower shelf between the four legs. Efficient. The charcoal tray is significantly smaller than the large cooking area, saving fuel, because the heat spreads out as well as up. There's a hinged lid with top swivel for smoke and horizontally aligned adjustable air intake vents at the charcoal level. Wheels are in good condition. *Yes, replies with a specific collection time commitment will get priority.*
