I am looking for a bicycle rack for placing over the front bicycle wheel to place panniers on.
The forks it will fit onto have threaded holes or eyelets to secure the panniers. Maybe someone has an old scruffy pair in a shed or still attached that they don't need anymore and they're too scruffy to sell but I could use.
