22" or above monitor (Alfreton DE55)

Does anybody please have a computer monitor they could kindly gift please, preferably hdmi or dvi please, needed for a cctv system for my uncle who recently had a break in to his garage.... i have bought him a cctv system but he is requiring a monitor for it.... 22" or bigger would be great as his eyes are not the best..... thanks in advance
