This elderly laptop is not as fast as modern ones, so it is unsuitable for running the Windows operating sytem, or for performing tasks involving video processing such as watching videos & zoom, etc.
It is however Ok for slower tasks such as email, word-processing, spreadsheeets, card games, chess & music.
