Sewing and dressmaking equipment (Scunthorpe DN15)

I have recently started dressmaking again after decades and my threads, scissors, the paraphernalia (used to be called notions) have long ago been given away so I’m starting again from scratch. Absolutely anything would be a help so thanks in advance!
