Locked IPad (Palm Harbor)

Hello might be a long shot , I am a person who likes learning things , I would like to know if someone has a locked iPad , may it be Password, Apple ID , or Management Locked eventually would like to try my hand at all of these , this is for my own educational purposes and enjoyment, Thank You to Anyone That Replies I live in the Palm Harbor area if you close I can pick up quickly!
