Waterproof jacket OL6 area (Ashton-U-Lyne OL6)

Grey/black waterproof jacket. It must have had a zip-off hood but this is missing. Hanging loop needs sewing at one end. Men's size medium. Zip and velcro fastening. 2 little spots of what looks like paint on back. See photos.
