Upper end car, cheap on gas (sunnyvale, fairbrae)

Newer model preferably from someone rich as musk, hybrid OK but no exploding li-ion batteries. Air head but high iq and ability with tragic mostly poverty life. Help with registration and annual fees. High speed computer too.
