It’s made by Mount Blanc and is just called “Easy 2 Bike Carrier”. it’s about 20 years old but only used a couple of times and been in the loft.
I’ve noticed one clip is missing a spring on the strap that attaches the bike to the carrier so would need a replacement spring or clip or just tied instead.
