car seat for 3+ grandson (Builth Wells)

My gorgeous grandson is VERY nearly 3 and tall for his age. My son and I have one seat between us and it'd be a godsend to have one that I could keep in the car; I have to run him around a lot. If anyone has an suitable unused one for 3+, I'd be VERY glad of it. Fingers crossed.
