Wheelchair for child (Poolesville, Maryland)

I know this might be a stretch, but we are desperately in need of a wheel chair for a child of seven/eight who is suddenly unable to walk. I am willing to pick up, and coming from Poolesville. This is for immediate use and no for re-sale. Many thanks!
