Curb alert: Double stroller (S of Ypsi)

Curb alert: double stroller at 7265 Merritt Road, Ypsilanti. It is dirty and looks like it has been parked outside for weeks. It rolls smoothly, but there is a jury-rig repair on the brake (I'm not sure if the brake works).
