Large wheeled toolbox with insert tray for smaller items and detachable smaller boxes on outside of lid.
it also has a handle to pull it along, one of the catches is broken but a handy person may be able to fix it
There are some tools still inside (some rusty but would probably clean up okay (videos on Youtube showing how to clean), whoever wants this can keep the tools or leave and we will take to the tip.
