Straw bottle cover (no bottle) (Union Street, Southwark SE1)

This is one of the straw bottle covers you get wrapped round certain wines or spirits. This one was wrapped round a cachaca bottle, but sadly that broke in transit so it has been thoroughly rinsed of any glass fragments. It's basically in new condition. I'm not entirely sure what it could be used for but someone crafty might have an idea. Or maybe you could fill it with something (eg: dried beans), seal the top, then use it as a door stop... who knows?!

Collection from SE1 near Borough tube at following times:
Sat 21st Oct after 1pm
Sun 22nd Oct after 1pm
