Rucksack water carrier with drinking mouthpiece - that's the best description I can think of ;-))
You fill it with water, put it in your rucksack, and the hose with quarter-turn tap & drinking mouthpiece (with cover) allow you to drink whilst your walking (or running maybe) ;-)
