Dryer works well; the knob for turning on/off the buzzer broke but doesn’t affect operation.
Washer is not working — the diagnostic LED on the control board is flashing 6 times for a “Locked Rotor” fault. The motor and belt assembly are fine and spin freely, indicating a problem with the shaft and tube assembly which is a common failure condition for these washers. A new shaft and tube assembly from GE costs about $230 online, you may find one cheaper.
