Fair condition, all parts and screws in this box. It was replaced because the chain for the fan did not work. I did not try to get the chain fixed, just replaced the entire fan and light. It is a 52" or 44" ceiling fan. The light works, blades and hardware in fairly good condition (not broken, no flaws).
