G -Tech cordless strimmer (Wallands Park BN7)

After very little use, the strimmer ground to a slow halt and smoke filtered out. I should have contacted G-Tech straight away as it was virtually new but then Covid intervened and it's stayed in the shed ever since. I'm hoping the right person could give it another lease of life.
