Lighter wright working washing machine (Peacehaven BN10)

I'm looking for a working washing machine please for my daughter who lives in a flat with no lift, so it will need to be able to be lifted up two flights of stairs. Therefore a lighter version is preferable if possible, so not Miele as they are really heavy. She would be so grateful as she is currently having to hand wash her bedding and work uniform with no way of spinning out excess water but can't afford to buy a washing machine.
