The metal spring assembly attached to the side wood surround can be removed and a more modern mattress-support can be inserted.
Ideal for those that need to sleep 2 feet or more above floor level for easy of getting out so would suit an elderly person..
Very stable bed.
Fits together without bolts etc. Currently in it's various pieces ready for very simple assembly.
