Mini DV tape camcorder (N8)

Hi ivd got a whole bunch of mini DV camcorder tapes that I would like to digitise. Would love it if you had one I could borrow or have. I’ve looked on eBay etc… but none of them are coming with charger and most are broken…. Can anyone help please ?
