Grano Cotto (Greenbank EH10)

Those who are familiar with Neapolitan Easter specialities will recognise this product as a primary ingredient for "pastiera", but I do not doubt it has other applications. Still quite fresh, I have three jars, the contents of which I unfortunately can no longer eat for health reasons.
