Sofa sleeper (Clear Lake)

Due to a no show, this is still available. But needs to be picked up by Wednesday this week. I have a sofa sleeper in a mixed brown tweed color. It's in pretty good shape probably because of it's age-made at a time when things were better made. We no longer need it and rather than toss it to the curb, have had college kids etc in the past who needed furniture ask for items, so thought someone might could use it. Does have a couple of places on it, but not bad nor really noticeable IMHO, as it's been that way for a few years and in my living room. Non smoking household. It is heavy and will take two ppl to move/load. Located near Ellington Field.
