Fix it? Rival Crock-Pot (Ann Arbor, Central Campus)

Today this roughly 3 quart crock-pot didn't heat up when I plugged it in. I'm hoping someone has time and interest in diagnosing and fixing it. Please tell me what day and time you will pick up.
