Toilet roll holder for wall (L5L 5P5)

I’m looking for a very simple toilet roll holder similar to the one pictured which also has a lip so it won’t come off the side easily for mom as she has a disability and can’t put on the old fashioned one without dropping toilet roll into the toilet. This way she can easily put on a new toilet roll herself without fighting with her bent arthritic fingers.
