Made in Canada by Northern Telecom. Almost definitely from 1969 when my family moved to the 416 area code. Weighs a ton; they don't make them like that any more! Still has its RJ45 cable, for those who still have phone jacks.
Channel your inner J.B. Fletcher :-) For those watching the TV series "Julia," I also noticed a lot of these phones in a recent scene of PBS telethon circa early 1960s.
