Fresh install of Windows 10 works fine but has 2 issues
1) the battery is very swollen and has lifted the adhesive from the screen. The display still works but isn't perfect.
2) the AC power supply I have is bad
I have another surface and can charge to full but you will need to buy a replacement (they are about $15 on eBay)
This could be a great upgrade for someone with an old desktop you could just connect a USB to HDMI, Display Port of VGA adapter (I may even have one if you tell me which you need) and an external keyboard and mouse. It is SSD so performance is pretty good.
