Worx battery (Harley SY5)

Hi. Bit of a long shot this. I have a fairly old Worx cordless drill and have concluded that the batteries have failed because they won't charge properly. I am loath to throw the drill away because it has been a useful item in my tool bag over many years. Does anyone have an old worx tool that has failed but possibly still have a battery or two ?
