The Power Plate is a machine that delivers vibration therapy. The vibration works at a high speed and transmits a wave of energy to stimulate, contract, and relax muscles in a consistent and controlled way. Users can target areas of the body by sitting, standing, leaning, or laying on the machine to activate muscle fibres, improve circulation, increase bone density, and assist in muscle recovery and pain relief.
Please note this unit is big and is very heavy - you will need a large estate car or van to collect and it will take three people to lift it in to the vehicle.
