Circa 1940's ??? These are a fully adjustable all-metal design strap on roller skates. The rear leather strap is gone. (I would advise these be used as decorations, NOT roller skating. From experience, the are murder on your ankles and knees. Aka. metal wheels). They are rusty and are as I found them. What you see is what you get.
